How do you ship packages?

Packages from our priority warehouse will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS for free!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How much is shipping?

Free for most places! We also offer expedited shipping starting at about $1.5 more for most places.

How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand from beautiful people like you and the fact that every Spirit Necklace is made to order and that the crystal resin process can take weeks, it may take 3-5 weeks for your Spirit Necklace to arrive and wow you. You won’t be disappointed though, it’s totally worth the wait when you see the beauty and craftsmanship.

If you’re in a rush, for most countries we offer the choice of expediting your order and getting it to you in up to 2 weeks for only $1.5.

Some countries might take a little bit longer and be a few more dollars.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, for tracking information please contact us about a week after your order and we will give you an update and should have a tracking number for you.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What if I never get my order?

You will get a full refund if your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and payments by credit via Stripe. These are free for you to use and are the most secure ways possible.

How can I return an item?

Please contact us through our contact page or by emailing hi@spiritnecklace.com for instructions on how to return your product. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee for the first 30 days! If your necklace isn’t up to par let us know and we’ll make sure you get the perfect replacement!
